Compensation Manager – Fortune 500 company, Harrisburg, PA
Compensation Manager- Manufacturing is responsible for design, implementation and administration of companywide compensation programs. Provides guidance to the Compensation Analysts, HR Generalists and Department Leaders.
Duties:
- Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the compensation strategy as it relates to the business objectives.
- Oversight for the job evaluation and salary survey process.
- Manage the administration of direct compensation, including the annual merit review process.
- Has staff responsibility for the team responsible for delivering solutions for issues that impact the global manufacturing business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field. CCP Preferred.
- 7+ years Compensation experience including roles as a compensation analyst in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience in a benefits role preferred.
- SAP Knowledge ideal
- Must have at least 2 years recent experience working in a large organization with 8000 plus employees.

Organizational Development – Fortune 500 company, Harrisburg, PA
Manager (Sr.) Organizational Development is responsible for organization design and development, M&A planning and integration, and Change management. Provides guidance to the HR Generalist team, and Department Leaders.
Duties:
- Responsible for the responsible for organization design and development, M&A planning and integration, and change management.
- Develop methodologies for change management leadership and talent planning across the organization.
- Manage the administration of direct compensation, including the annual merit review process.
- Has staff responsibility for the team responsible for delivering solutions for issues that impact the global manufacturing business.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources, OD / IO Psychology or other related field. OD certification Preferred.
- 5+ years in Organizational development with 2 in a professional Human Resources role.
- Must have significant experience in M&A and Change Management.
- Must have at least 2 years recent experience working in a large multi-site, organization Global preference).
